Disclosure to IR Clients and Authorized Service Providers
The Versance IR Agent and Research Agent are deployed on behalf of companies and organizations (“IR Clients”) for investor relations and communications purposes. When you register through an IR Agent or Research Agent deployment, your registration information—including your name and email address—is collected on behalf of, and disclosed to, the IR Client operating that deployment.
IR Clients may also authorize third parties (“Authorized Service Providers”) to access and use your registration information on their behalf. Authorized Service Providers include, without limitation, investor relations firms and consultants, broker-dealers and registered representatives, investor marketing and communications companies, financial public relations agencies, transfer agents, and mailing and distribution service providers.
IR Clients and their Authorized Service Providers may use your information to send you investor materials, subscribe you to company news feeds, newsletters, and announcements, and to solicit and market to you in connection with the IR Client’s business and investor relations activities. They may not sell, rent, or transfer your contact information to third parties for those third parties’ own independent commercial purposes.
By registering through an IR Agent or Research Agent deployment, you expressly consent to your information being disclosed to and used by the IR Client and its Authorized Service Providers as described above. You may withdraw this consent at any time by following the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions in any communication you receive, or by contacting the IR Client directly. Versance Technologies Inc. acts solely as a technology platform facilitating these disclosures and is not responsible for the communications or data practices of IR Clients or their Authorized Service Providers.
How We Disclose Personal Information
In addition to the disclosures described above, we may disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:
- With vendors and service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as data analytics, customer support, and cloud storage;
- With business and marketing partners to provide services, subject to their own privacy policies;
- When you direct or consent to disclosure to third parties, such as through social media integrations;
- With our affiliates or within our corporate group for legitimate business purposes;
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy; and
- To comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to legal process, enforce our Terms of Use, or protect the rights and safety of Versance, our users, or others.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

The Services may contain links to websites or platforms operated by third parties. If you follow links to sites not affiliated with or controlled by us, you should review their privacy and security policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy or security of those sites, or the accuracy or completeness of information found on them.
